Return Policy
Fee Refund Policy: CMR School, Medchal follows a transparent and structured fee refund policy to ensure clarity for parents and guardians. The refund policy is as follows:
Admission Fee: The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Tuition Fee: Refunds on tuition fees, if applicable, will be considered only under the following conditions:
If a written request for withdrawal is submitted before the commencement of the academic session, 75% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded.
If the withdrawal request is submitted within the first month of the academic session, 50% of the tuition fee paid will be refunded.
No refund will be granted if the request for withdrawal is made after one month from the start of the academic session.
Transport & Other Fees: Fees paid for transportation, extracurricular activities, and other services are non-refundable once the academic session has commenced.
Caution Deposit: If applicable, the caution deposit paid at the time of admission will be refunded upon withdrawal of the student, provided there are no outstanding dues or damages to school property.
Procedure for Refund Requests:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration along with supporting documents, if required.
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be issued through bank transfers or cheques in the name of the parent/guardian who made the original payment.
Cancellation Policy:
Once admission is confirmed and the academic session has commenced, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
In case of unforeseen circumstances where the school decides to discontinue a course or service, a proportional refund will be provided.
Modifications to the Return Policy: CMR School, Medchal reserves the right to modify or revise this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the school’s official website or notification to parents/guardians.
